What I'm Loving

So I'm a bit "off" this week and completely forgot my Wednesday Loving Post...so here it is, better late than never!

I’m loving….that I am only 2 more Starbucks trips away from “gold card”status! that means a free coffee for every 15 purchases! And personalized coupons...I love my coffee!

I’m loving….that I am only 3 weeks away from Spring Break-yeah it’s not much and there’s no big trip like in undergrad but a week of no school work is always nice.

I’m loving…that it’s starting to stay a little lighter later in the day-6:30 last night when I was driving home wasn't pitch black!

I’m loving…that my work trip to Orlando is officially booked-yes it’s work but it’s nice to not be in the office-and of course it’s a plus that the boss is letting me say the weekend and Rene came come hang out at the hotel with me too. Coronado Springs here we come!

I’m loving….that the weather man is calling for temps in the 60’s over the next week-spring is slowly coming, at least I hope so!

What I'm Loving Wednesday!

It's been a little while since my last what I'm loving post, so here goes!

I'm loving--that it's Wednesday!  That means half way done with the week!

I'm loving--The fact that Rene and I have a date day/night planned this Sunday!  It gives me motivation to get all of my school stuff done...we're heading to Grapevine for the Valentine's Wine Trail and then dinner at Simply Fondue! Wine and fondue what could be better?

I'm loving...My APY60 Yoga Program...if you couldn't tell already

I'm loving...that I am halfway through the first mini-semester for the spring!  4 more weeks then "spring break" and another 8 week class then I'm DONE!

and of course I'm loving my wonderful Husband!

What I'm Loving

It's Wednesday and better late than never....so without further adieu what am I loving today?

.... that the weather in Dallas looks like it's going to be in the 70's later this week!

....that there are only 10 more days til my Birthday and Rene say's he's got a great present for me.

....I'm almost done with my recruiter evaluations for the past year (5 is alot!)
...the gym wasn't crazy packed again today which was nice and stress free

It's Wednesday-Hump Day and I've Got a big week still ahead!

What am I loving this Wednesday?

I'm loving.....that I am 100% done with the Fall 2011 Semester! Just one more left....pending finals turn out the way I hope they do!

I'm loving....that Rene and I get a little bit of relaxation and fun this weekend with not 1 but 2 work holiday parties! Mine is on Friday night after work and his is on Saturday night.

I'm loving....that I get to wear my fun new shoes to Rene's holiday party! Aren't they cute?

I'm loving....that all the Christmas prep is done! Now we a can actually enjoy the week of the holidays with a little R&R sitting by the Christmas tree just enjoying a nice evening and a glass of wine!


I'm loving....that I can finally really start reading my new book! The newest book in the Pretty Little Liars Series that came out this month!

I want to get through at least 2 more books before the end of the year to hit 40!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

It's the day before Thanksgiving and yes I'm at work but it's Wednesday and here's what I'm Loving!

-- There is no school today which means not only is there no traffic, but also no line at the Starbucks drive thru!

-- We are going to get our holiday/family pictures taken today for holiday cards!

-- It's a day at work where I don't really have to stress out too much and I'll actually leave on time not an hour or two later!

-- No Finance class tonight!

-- I get to start cooking and prepping everything for Thanksgiving tonight! (I love to cook it, but cleaning duties will fall on Rene).

What am I loving this week??

...that I've got the Thanksgiving menu planned for this year-though dreading the grocery store this weekend!

I'm loving....that I only have 5 more weeks of classes and then get a little mini-break before my last semester of graduate school!

I'm loving....my super cute "Mrs. Blanco" robe that Rene got me for our "cotton" anniversary (photo to come soon).

An of course my wonderful hubby!

What am I loving this Wednesday?

Rene and I are celebrating our 2nd anniversary today!

To be honest it doesn't feel like it has been 2 years since we said "I do" and it doesn't feel like we've been together for since my junior year of college either (6 years!).

I have realized however that Rene is my perfect match! He's very laid back while I am completely the opposite, he has a great sense of humor and makes me laugh (or at least tries to). He encourages me, supports me, and is a wonderful sounding board for my ideas.

He's quite possibly the best person I know and I could not be happier to know that I get to spend many many more happy years with him!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

It's Wednesday (Hump Day) over half way done with the week...and what a week it has been already!

I'm loving the weather! It is cooling down in Texas…hopefully for good this time. We woke up to low 50’s today and don’t get me wrong that’s COLD but I could deal with 70-80’s and sun like we had last weekend for the UCF Game.

I'm loving that I am mid way through the Fall 2011 Semester!! At least after my Managerial Finance mid-term today….Only 1.5 semesters to go!! I register for the Spring next week already!

Only 7 more working days before I am headed to Orlando for Homecoming!! It might be a quick trip but a little vacay is going to be well deserved!

What I'm loving most is that with our flight on October 28^th it officially marks the end…or rather break in Rene’s busy season!! His company files at the end of the day and that means no more 11:30pm or later nights at work for at least a little while!!!

Even though it's raining this morning (it's a good thing because we need it even if it's just a little) I am still Loving Wednesday!

Why??

1. Because Like a Coupon just gave me a $2 16 oz smoothie at Jamba Juice for lunch! Yummy!

2. I got my cute little personalized necklace in the mail and it's the perfect accessory from Lala Design Studio on Etsy (m<3 r)

3. The new issue of Food Network Magazine arrived yesterday that means new ideas for dinner this weekend!

4. And of course My Husband! And if you read yesterday's post you know why!

What I'm Loving Wednesday

What Am I Loving This Wednesday?

#1. I just got back from a 4 day weekend which means that this is a 3 day work week-super happy about that.

#2. Pumpkin is back! The pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks that is! I got my first one of the “season” this morning a wonderful start to the day if I might say so.

#3. The weather is starting to feel like fall! This morning it was actually a little chilly when I walked out of the apartment – it was in the high 60s a BIG change from the 90 degree weather at 7am from a few weeks ago.

#4 My super cute UCF wreath that I finished last night (mini-how to will follow soon)

#5 My hubby (even if this is the last week we have before complete craziness with his busy season starts)

Pinterest Problem?

I must admit that as we get into the fall months I have started thinking about decorating the apartment for Halloween and Christmas-I know they are months away but I like to think about these things early to make sure I am ready!

Well due to the fact that I spend about 10 hours of my day in front of a computer at work, I read blogs and also of course as mentioned yesterday check out Pinterest to see what others are "pinning"....these are just some of the favorites that I have found...aren't they cute?

What I'm Loving Wednesday!

1. Pinterest Enough Said! I spend way too much time looking at all the fun stuff through the day!
2. Mini Weekend Getaway on Saturday! Nothing too big or luxurious but Rene and I will be traveling about 3 hours from Dallas this Saturday to Longview, TX for one of Rene's colleague's weddings. Along the way we'll also be stopping at Enochs Stomp Winery it's apparently an "old world" winery in East Texas so we'll see what it's all about before heading to the hotel to get ready for the wedding festivities.

3. H&M has officially opened at the North Park Mall!!

However, as of last Saturday there was a 5 hour long line to actually get in and shop! Here's hoping that sooner rather than later I can actually step foot in the store!

4. Fall Colors! I love that there are so many great colors for this fall's wardrobe! Check out
Pantone for all the colors...my faves? Cedar and Deep Teal!

Starbucks Drive-Thru

Early on a Wednesday morning to get through the day a grande-skinny-vanilla latte is just what I need....without dealing with the crowd in the store!

Restaurant Week in Dallas! After our delish dinner last Saturday we have another reservation for a Friday night "date" at 560 by Wolfgang Puck. I've been wanting to eat in reunion tower (photo below) since we moved here and this is the perfect change without breaking the bank!

yep, 560 is in the "ball" and it rotates slowly so diners get a great view of downtown Dallas!

It's officially football season and I get to root on my fave teams!

Having a wonderful puppy that wakes me up every morning!

And of course my wonderful hubby!
